Send us an email. We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days.
- Email us with the subject “Delete my account”. If you can, send it from the email address on your account.
- Tell us which app (Ride Kerala or RK Captain), your name and the mobile number on your account.
- We confirm it's you. We may call you or send a code to your registered number, so nobody else can delete your account.
- We delete it within 30 days and email you when it's done.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. You can also ask us by calling or WhatsApp-ing support on +91 62354 55560.
Before we delete it
- Rides in progress must be finished or cancelled first.
- Drivers: we settle your wallet first. Wallet credits are not refundable, so any unused balance is not paid back.
- If there is an open complaint, SOS case, dispute or legal request about your account, we may need to finish it first. We will tell you if that happens.
What we delete
- Your profile: name, email address and mobile number.
- Saved places, recent destinations and your emergency contact.
- Drivers: licence, RC, vehicle photo and selfie uploads, and your union and profile details.
- Notification tokens and app settings.
- Your sign-in. You will not be able to sign in again with that account.
What we keep, and why
The law requires us to keep some records for a time even after an account is deleted. Where we can, we keep them without your name, email or phone number:

Other people's records (for example, a driver's list of past rides) may still show that a ride took place, but not your contact details.
Only want to delete some data?
You can remove saved places and your emergency contact in the app at any time. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of specific data without closing your account, email xqtechsolutions@gmail.com. See our Privacy Policy for more.
